The Graceville team creates an indigenous piece of art representing the ten School Plus services and how they are all connected creating one united family.

Coen, our Assistant Coordinator of Graceville, who is a proud aboriginal Noonuccal-Nughie man of Minjerribah (North Stradbroke Island) Quandamooka country, painted this canvas with the children over several days. The children together agreed on an Australian animal, a Python, which is native to the South-East Queensland land on which the services are located.

The ten white circles represent the ten School Plus services and how they are all connected creating one united family. The younger children helped Coen to paint inside the circles as it represents all the children within our services. The older children helped to create the patterns on the Python.
